1. Definitions & Copyright

All software solutions, Revit plug-ins, and accompanying documentation distributed by PaperEngineer are intellectual property owned by PaperEngineer. When you purchase a License, you are acquiring the Right to Use the product, not purchasing the source code or redistribution rights.

2. Licensing Modes

  • Trial: Granted free of charge with limited usage and timeframe (usually 7-14 days) for evaluation purposes. Priority technical support is not available for Trial licenses.
  • Standard / Pro: Paid subscription licenses (monthly/yearly). Supports a maximum of 1 device per Key, unless agreed otherwise. Unlocks all features according to the specific tier.
  • Lifetime: A one-time payment for permanent use on a specific Major version (e.g., v1.x). Only applies to products that explicitly list this offering.

3. Payment & Delivery

- Payments can be made via bank transfer or international payment gateways as specified by us.
- Completely verified payments will trigger the delivery of your License Key and electronic receipt to your registered email address within a maximum of 24 business hours.

4. Refund Policy

We always encourage customers to use the Trial version to evaluate the software's suitability before deciding to purchase. Due to the specific nature of digital licensed software, we DO NOT support refunds once the License Key has been dispatched, except in the following cases:

  • The software suffers from a critical error making it unusable on standard computer configurations (as published on our website) and our technical team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate transactions due to payment system errors.

5. Violations & Revocation

We reserve the right to Suspend or Permanently Revoke a License without refund if we discover the user violating any of the following:

  • Engaging in Reverse Engineering, Cracking/Patching, or modifying the Add-in's source code structure.
  • Distributing or sharing personal License Keys to others beyond the permitted number of devices.
  • Reselling the software for illegal profiteering.

6. Technical Support

Customers with paid Licenses are entitled to Level-1 priority technical support via Email: trinhvutuanhung@gmail.com. Standard business hours: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT+7).
